[Remote] Program Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading provider of digital services and technology solutions, headquartered in Tysons reputed company, VA. reputed company is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary contractor reputed company of contact for a federal agency reputed company, coordinating reputed company tasks, deliverables, and personnel across a multi-disciplinary IT support Blanket Purchase Agreement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company between reputed company and the government reputed company, reporting program performance and delivery status to the COR and executive leadership on a regular reputed company
• reputed company project initiation and planning across reputed company reputed company task orders, translating business and technical requirements into implementation plans with defined schedules and milestones
• Manage contractor resources and labor across reputed company task orders, assigning work based on reputed company and availability while forecasting burn reputed company and monitoring budget consumption
• reputed company daily execution and deliverable reputed company, ensuring reputed company submissions meet contractual requirements and reputed company standards before delivery
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks; maintain a risk register and escalate unresolved issues with recommended courses of reputed company
• Prepare and present program status briefings and PMR materials; reputed company and maintain task proposals, policies, procedures, and reputed company operating procedures

Skills

• 5+ years of program management experience on federal IT reputed company
• US Citizenship or Permanent reputed company status required
• Experience defining requirements and preparing task proposals, including budget and schedule development
• Experience developing policies, procedures, and work instructions
• Experience with project management tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience briefing senior government executives
• Working knowledge of IT and cybersecurity capabilities
• Experience managing BPA or IDIQ task order vehicles in a federal environment
• Proficiency with project management platforms such as reputed company Project or Jira
• Must possess or be eligible to obtain and complete a government reputed company screening and/or a Secret reputed company clearance
• reputed company Trust Tier 2 clearance required
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a reputed company field preferred
• PMP certification, or 10+ years of demonstrated program management experience in lieu of certification
