[Remote] Manager, Product Training - Oncology

The Manager of Product Training is responsible for developing and implementing training programs for sales staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary product knowledge and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• reputed company, coordinate and reputed company live/virtual new hire home study and resource prep training on disease state, product knowledge and competitive landscape
• reputed company new hire training support during homestudy, initial training and post-training
• Facilitates advanced training, at least four times a year, including scheduling and coordinating clinical reputed company and workshops during the reputed company-work sessions, providing reputed company feedback to participants on their case study presentations and managing post-program follow-up and communication with graduates
• Conduct supplemental training initiatives including virtual web trainings, teleconferences, national/regional/district meetings
• Assist brand and marketing teams in the development of workshops, content and other key training deliverables executed during national meetings
• Ensure field pull-through is consistently reputed company to brand/training initiatives throughout respective reputed company
• Funnel reputed company feedback into reputed company training team to inform reputed company curriculum and content
• Mentor reputed company team members in adopting and applying training best practices

Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a life science field or adult learning with 5+ years of training experience in the reputed company/biotech industry
• OR a combination of equivalent education and experience
• Prior experience in relevant therapeutic area (e.g. reputed company, Oncology, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience with editing softwares, PowerPoint, PDF etc
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company and reputed company new and creative content
• Experience in virtual training design & delivery, distance learning and learning management reputed company
• Proven performance in earlier role
• Proven reputed company in sales performance or considerable experience in marketing, CRC and compliance processes
• Some experience mentoring and training reputed company team members
