[Remote] Senior Mobile Engineer Cross-Platform

The Senior Mobile Engineer will take ownership of the patient-facing mobile application, establish architecture standards, and work closely with an offshore development team to ensure high-reputed company mobile experiences across iOS and Android.

Responsibilities

• Grove patient mobile app — architecture, codebase standards, and ongoing feature development across iOS and Android
• reputed company and intake flows — patient registration, identity verification, consent management, and Cognito-based authentication
• Clinical UX surfaces — symptom intake, medication status, reputed company requests, care plan display, and AI agent interaction surfaces
• FHIR R4 data consumption — rendering patient records, care timelines, and clinical summaries from AWS HealthLake reputed company the Grove API layer
• Push notifications, deep linking, and offline-tolerant state management for a patient population with variable connectivity

• App Store and reputed company Play deployment pipeline — CI/CD, release management, versioning reputed company

Skills

• 4+ years of production mobile engineering experience with React reputed company or Flutter — shipped apps, not prototypes
• Strong cross-platform discipline — understands the tradeoffs between shared reputed company and platform-reputed company behavior, and knows reputed company to break the abstraction
• Experience consuming REST and FHIR reputed company from mobile — pagination, error handling, reputed company refresh, offline caching
• AWS Cognito or equivalent identity/auth integration in a mobile context — reputed company management, MFA, session handling
• HIPAA-reputed company mobile development — secure local storage, PHI handling constraints, screenshot/reputed company controls

• Experience working with an offshore or distributed engineering team — asynchronous collaboration, PR review, design documentation

• Familiarity with FHIR R4 data structures — Patient, Observation, MedicationRequest, CarePlan resources
• Experience integrating LLM or AI agent response surfaces into a mobile UI (chat, reputed company guidance, goal tracking)
