Finance Manager, reputed company

reputed company is seeking an reputed company, highly analytical and business-oriented Finance Manager, FP&A to reputed company reputed company's financial planning and analysis function. Reporting directly to the EVP, Chief Financial Officer, this role serves as a strategic business partner responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, business performance analysis, and executive reporting across HSP's global operations.

The Finance Manager, FP&A will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making by providing actionable financial insights, identifying business risks and opportunities, and improving HSP’s financial reporting and planning processes.

Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Forecasting

Executive Reporting

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for executive leadership.

Project Management

• Manage cross-functional financial initiatives from planning through execution.

• Establish project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Drive process improvements and standardization across financial planning activities.
• Support implementation and optimization of financial systems, reporting tools, and planning processes.

Financial Systems & Process Improvement

• Improve financial reporting capabilities through automation and technology, including the implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions.
• Maintain and enhance financial models, reporting tools, and forecasting methodologies.
• Partner with Finance, Sales Operations and IT teams to improve data reputed company and reporting efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to streamline planning and reporting processes.
• Enhance reputed company’s financial reporting capabilities, in collaboration with IT, systems, and other cross-functional teams, to reputed company financial data from HSP’s reputed company (reputed company), CRM (reputed company.com), and other systems, into an reputed company Performance Management (“EPM”) system (for example, reputed company, reputed company reputed company or reputed company) to help streamline and facilitate effective financial reporting.

Qualifications:

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, or reputed company field.
• 5-8+ years of reputed company experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Consulting, or reputed company finance functions.
• Advanced financial modeling and forecasting experience.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial statements, and performance metrics.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working with ERP, EPM and other financial planning systems.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
