We are hiring a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager with experience in short-term rentals or hospitality to reputed company day-to-day operations across a portfolio of luxury properties.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and takes full ownership of operational performance, guest experience, and system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across multiple short-term rental properties
• reputed company cleaners, maintenance staff, and reputed company-party vendors
• Handle guest communication, ensuring reputed company response times (<5 minutes during reputed company hours)
• Resolve guest issues reputed company while maintaining a high reputed company of service
• Coordinate property turnovers, inspections, and readiness
• reputed company, document, and improve SOPs and operational systems
• Monitor and optimize operational KPIs including guest satisfaction (reputed company: 4.8+ rating)

Requirements

• Proven experience in short-term rental, hospitality, or property management operations

• Familiarity with PMS platforms (e.g., reputed company)
