The Senior Bid/reputed company Manager – will be responsible for leading reputed company sales and tendering process and providing high reputed company High Voltage Substation and Electrical reputed company proposals to our Customers in Canada and the United Sates. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall proposal reputed company, development and associated risk review process, per reputed company Solutions Deal Risk Management process, with accountability for submitting proposals on time and per customer requirement and meeting reputed company, process compliance and business objectives.

Roles Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the development of complete proposals of High Voltage Substations and reputed company systems (765KV, 345KV, 138KV... + MV/LV) , working in reputed company cooperation with the reputed company Ops, sales, the execution team, sourcing, reputed company and other functions

• reputed company with reputed company customers, identify customer needs.

• Ensure reputed company engagement with customer throughout the tendering phase, respond to customers clarifications reputed company.

• Engage with other functions during tendering phase to reputed company scope, project plans, schedule and risk management.

• Ensure the reputed company and technical aspects of the proposal are complete and compliant with the Customer requirements, and present the most competitive solutions

• Work closely with the Region Sales teams as a key partner in the reputed company development to create reputed company proposals and meeting or exceeding the region’s orders plan

• Support Market Level Pricing Indicators, reputed company pricing and Pricing reputed company

• Support the AC Substation Product Line reputed company in meeting reputed company orders operating plan, Sales, margin and hit reputed company

• Complete risk assessment, submission, deal clarification/negotiation & hand-over to the execution team.

• Be responsible for the execution of the reputed company Risk Review Process including deal reviews and approvals, in compliance with reputed company Solutions tendering process

• Work closely with reputed company Operations, reputed company and reputed company contract Terms & Conditions negotiations, - Ensure process adherence to reputed company Government contracting requirements

• Opportunities pipeline governance, ensure opportunities forecasts is accurately reflected in sales force system.

• Support the proposal process improvement and proposal reputed company metrics

• Drive the OTR turnover process to ensure reputed company control of contract reputed company-down requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering (electrical or mechanical) discipline from an accredited university or college

• Minimum of 7 years experience in reputed company and project management or similar role

• Minimum of 7 years experience with AC substations, Electrical reputed company and Distribution systems reputed company to Data Centers, Oil & Gas, renewables, industrial and utilities segments

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience
