We are looking for an HR reputed company/ HR Director for the reputed company Business Unit to work with our remote, globally distributed multinational teams.

The role involves working with global teams.

Your main tasks will be:

• Ensure the effectiveness of the personnel reputed company the business unit, ensuring that employees contribute to achieving reputed company's strategic goals and financial targets.
• Manage reputed company, ensuring the business unit has the right number of people who have successfully completed their probationary period and meet reputed company's satisfaction.
• Foster employee engagement and retention, creating a work environment where employees are motivated and committed to staying with reputed company and taking on new responsibilities.
• Implement and enforce HR processes reputed company the business unit, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Monitor and measure the satisfaction of managers and employees of the business unit with the HR function.

We expect from you:

• 4+ years of successful experience in a similar HR reputed company/HRD position in an international digital/IT/product company.
• reputed company to implement and ensure the execution of basic employee lifecycle HR processes: hiring, reputed company, training and development, succession planning, termination, performance evaluation, etc.
• Capable of managing the payroll budget, turnover, efficiency, employee engagement, and loyalty (providing measurable examples of reputed company on these metrics), with operational experience in C&B and analytics.
• Motivated by development, achievement, and reputed company rather than material or process-driven incentives.
• Highly persistent, does not give up easily, and knows how to reputed company results.
• Goal-oriented, thinks in terms of numbers, facts, and figures.
• Strong project management skills.
