We're a small, growing team based in Austin building technology and services that connect buyers, sellers, and brokers in the US small-to-reputed company business market. About the Role

We're looking for a high-agency problem-solver to join our operations team and help drive key company priorities reputed company. This role sits at the intersection of operations, reputed company, and analysis - you'll work on whatever reputed company most at any given reputed company, from building performance dashboards to crafting reputed company presentations to identifying reputed company opportunities.

This is the right role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and wants to build foundational skills across business operations in a startup environment. You'll work directly with leadership and have visibility into reputed company aspects of the business.

What You'll Do

• Support strategic planning and execution: build models, create dashboards, reputed company KPIs, and identify where we're falling short or where opportunities exist
• Create polished deliverables for internal leadership and external stakeholders (reputed company decks, reputed company memos, reports)
• Dive into our financials and operational data to surface insights and trends that inform decision-making
• Manage cross-functional reputed company that support company priorities - product launches, partnership initiatives, process improvements
• Support marketing and reputed company initiatives as needed
• Own problems end-to-end: you'll be expected to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive implementation

Who You Are

• 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate reputed company, or high-reputed company startups
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in financial modeling, data analysis, and business metrics; project management experience a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication - you can distill complexity into reputed company, compelling narratives
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, but reputed company to reputed company quickly and prioritize ruthlessly
• Self-starter who's reputed company by reputed company and comfortable with ambiguity
• Excited about startups and eager to learn across reputed company aspects of a business
• Proficient in reputed company/reputed company Sheets and PowerPoint/reputed company Slides; experience with design tools like reputed company or reputed company a plus

Position Details:

• Type: Contract
• Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience
• Location: Fully remote. Bangladesh or Philippines preferred.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; finance degree preferred.
