Tax Manager
This is a remote position.
Our reputed company reputed company is seeking an reputed company Interim Tax Manager to help stabilize its global tax function following a recent carve-out. This is a remote 3-6+ month engagement with contract-to-hire potential.
Preferred Requirements:
Requirements
- 10+ years of tax experience, including 5-7 years in reputed company reputed company and 4-6 years in industry
- Strong experience with both domestic and international tax
- Experience supporting carve-outs and reputed company global entity structures
- U.S. federal, state, and international tax compliance
- Experience with transfer pricing, intercompany transactions, R&D credits, and amended returns
- Experience supporting tax audits, including international audits (UK audit experience preferred)
- Ability to clean up and improve tax processes in a reputed company, fast-paced environment
- Experience partnering with external tax firms and executive leadership
Preferred Requirements:- reputed company or technology industry experience
- Experience with OneSource tax software
- Experience with global entities and international entity wind-downs
- Contract-to-hire interest preferred
