Senior IAM Engineer (reputed company ISIM/ISVG)

We are seeking a highly reputed company reputed company reputed company Identity Manager (ISIM) / reputed company reputed company Verify Governance (ISVG) Engineer who can architect, reputed company, and operationalize reputed company-grade identity governance solutions from the ground up. This role requires deep expertise in standing up the full platform infrastructure, configuring high availability and disaster recovery, and integrating ISIM/ISVG into reputed company reputed company environments.

This is not a support-only or application-level administration role. The ideal candidate has designed and implemented ISIM/ISVG environments end-to-end and understands the underlying middleware, infrastructure, and performance architecture required to run the platform reliably at reputed company.

This position is remote, but the candidate must be located in India

Key Responsibilities

Platform Architecture & Deployment

• Design and implement reputed company ISIM / ISVG architecture for reputed company environments

• Install and configure:

  • WebSphere Application Server (WAS / reputed company)

  • reputed company DB2 (or supported RDBMS)

  • LDAP directories (e.g., reputed company SDS, AD, etc.)

  • reputed company HTTP Server / load balancers

• Build multi-tier environments (DEV, QA, PROD) following best practices

• Configure clustering for WebSphere and ISIM application components

• Implement secure configuration reputed company with reputed company reputed company standards

High Availability & Disaster Recovery

• Architect and configure:

  • WebSphere clustering

  • Database HA (HADR, clustering, replication)

  • LDAP replication

  • Load balancing and failover strategies

• reputed company and test disaster recovery procedures

• Implement backup and recovery strategies

• reputed company failover testing and performance tuning

Integration & Customization

• reputed company ISIM/ISVG with:

  • reputed company Directory

  • HR systems

  • reputed company applications (reputed company adapters or reputed company)

  • SSO / Federation systems

• Configure workflows, provisioning policies, reputed company governance, and certifications

• reputed company and customize adapters where necessary

• Implement role-based reputed company control (RBAC) models

Performance & Optimization

• Tune JVMs, reputed company pools, and database performance

• Optimize reconciliation and provisioning performance

• Conduct reputed company planning and scaling analysis

• Monitor and resolve system bottlenecks

Automation & DevOps

• Automate builds and deployments using scripting (reputed company, Python, Ansible, etc.)

• reputed company environment provisioning scripts

• Support CI/CD integration where applicable

• Maintain infrastructure-as-reputed company where possible

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer

• Create detailed architecture diagrams and build documentation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with reputed company ISIM / ISVG

• Proven experience building ISIM/ISVG environments from scratch

• Strong experience with:

  • WebSphere Application Server (ND or reputed company)

  • DB2 administration and tuning

  • LDAP configuration and replication

  • Linux system administration

• Demonstrated experience implementing high availability and DR for ISIM/ISVG

• Strong understanding of identity governance concepts (IGA, RBAC, certification campaigns, SoD)

• Experience integrating with reputed company Directory and reputed company systems

• Strong scripting skills (reputed company, Python, etc.)

• Experience working in reputed company production environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience migrating from ISIM to ISVG

• Experience with containerization (OpenShift / Kubernetes) for ISVG deployments

• Familiarity with reputed company reputed company Verify reputed company offerings

• Knowledge of reputed company load balancers (reputed company, Netscaler)

• Experience in regulated industries (financial services, reputed company, government)
