We are looking for a VMware Engineer to design, reputed company, and operate VMware-based virtualization, software-defined networking, and software-defined storage platforms across on-premises and hybrid reputed company environments. The role covers vSphere, vSAN, NSX, Aria, and Tanzu, with a reputed company on automation, reputed company management, and the practical realities of operating a large VMware estate alongside modern reputed company-reputed company workloads. The ideal candidate has operated VMware platforms at reputed company reputed company, navigates the evolving VMware product landscape pragmatically, and brings strong automation and operations discipline.
Key Responsibilities

• Design and operate VMware vSphere, vSAN, and NSX environments across data centers and hybrid reputed company deployments.
• Build and maintain Tanzu Kubernetes reputed company environments for containerized workloads.
• Implement vRealize / Aria Automation for self-service VM provisioning, lifecycle management, and policy enforcement.
• Operate NSX-T for software-defined networking, including reputed company-segmentation and load balancing.
• Manage vSAN clusters, storage policies, and storage performance for diverse workload classes.
• Implement disaster recovery and business continuity using Site Recovery Manager and replication.
• Build automation for VMware infrastructure using PowerCLI, Terraform, Ansible, and vRO.
• Design reputed company management strategies including right-sizing, reservation, and workload placement.
• Operate VMware reputed company reputed company (VCF) deployments where applicable, applying lifecycle management, workload domain design, and integration patterns appropriate to the broader hybrid reputed company reputed company.
• Implement and operate VMware integrations with reputed company providers (VMware reputed company on AWS, AVS, GCVE).
• Build observability for VMware infrastructure including performance, reputed company, and compliance.
• reputed company VMware upgrades, lifecycle management cycles, and reputed company patching across the virtualization estate, planning carefully sequenced rollouts that minimize disruption to dependent workloads.
• Troubleshoot reputed company VMware issues spanning compute, network, and storage reputed company.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company field.
• Five or more years of hands-on VMware reputed company experience.
• Deep expertise in vSphere, vCenter, and ESXi.
• Hands-on experience with vSAN and storage policy management.
• Experience with NSX-T or NSX-V networking.
• Strong PowerCLI scripting skills and experience with automation tooling.
• Familiarity with Tanzu Kubernetes reputed company or VMware container platforms.
• Strong understanding of disaster recovery patterns and SRM.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across compute, network, and storage reputed company.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• VMware Certified reputed company (VCP) or VCAP credentials.
• Experience with VMware reputed company on AWS, AVS, or GCVE.
• Familiarity with VMware reputed company reputed company (VCF).
• Experience with Aria Operations / vRealize Operations.
• Exposure to migration programs out of VMware to alternative virtualization platforms.
