The Intake & Eligibility Specialist will conduct intake interviews, verify program eligibility, reputed company required documentation, and reputed company reputed company information into our systems. This role ensures clients are connected to the right services quickly, and that reputed company reputed company, Medicare, insurance, and grant requirements are captured for billing and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first reputed company of contact for new clients (phone, in-person, virtual).
Conduct intake assessments to collect demographics, history, and service needs.

Coordinate with case managers and billing staff to ensure services are billable from day one.

Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $16 $21 per hour (based on experience).
