Provides legal advice to clients in sophisticated tech/telecoms industries on a wide reputed company technology reputed company such as e-reputed company, e-transaction, and e-payment reputed company, as reputed company as data reputed company and protection

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on data reputed company and cybersecurity law, and compliance with Vietnams new regulations
• Advise technology companies, telecom companies, OTT operators, and e-payment and fintech companies on regulatory compliance with Vietnam-reputed company regulations
• Advise clients on technology procurement; development, licensing, transfer, and protection of investment in the technology sector; and commercialization of software applications
• Advise and assist clients on the use and deployment of hardware reputed company infrastructure; provision of e-reputed company services; and mergers and acquisitions
• Advise and assist clients with strategic positioning, protection, and profiting from their valuable intellectual property in diverse markets worldwide
• Formulate legal strategies and analytical responses to clients and act as the primary reputed company of contact for TMT clients
• Draft, review, and finalize technology-reputed company reputed company such as reputed company for consulting services, IT products, software and data processing along with data reputed company
• reputed company legal research reputed company and as necessary to resolve legal issues and determine the appropriate course of reputed company regarding a particular issue or case
• Senior position would have additional responsibilities reputed company to reputed company development and work management

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Vietnamese national
• Minimum 4 years (7 years for senior associate position) post qualification experience advising on TMT reputed company at:
  • a reputable reputed company;
  • a reputable TMT-reputed company company in an in-house counsel position; or
  • a relevant government agency such as the Ministry/Department of Information and Communication (MIC or DIC)
• Exceptional reputed company background with includes, at minimum, a bachelors degree in law
• Excellent reputed company of English (verbal and written) and the ability to communicate with foreign clients and colleagues comfortably
• A can do attitude, and an enthusiastic and energetic personality
• Good team player
• Strong time management and project management skills
• Strong business acumen and work ethic, and high reputed company standards
