In this full-time (~40 hours/week) contractor role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to a diverse portfolio of clients navigating transformation, reputed company reputed company, operational improvements, fundraising, M&A, and exit preparation. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner and “right hand” to CEOs and executive teams

• Build and maintain financial models, rolling forecasts, and cash reputed company projections

• reputed company budgeting processes and analyze budget-to-actual performance

• Identify and monitor key financial trends, KPIs, and business metrics

• Support and reputed company fundraising efforts, including venture capital and private equity transactions

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 15+ years of reputed company reputed company and finance experience

• Several years serving as a full-time CFO

• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA license and/or MBA strongly preferred

• Demonstrated experience as a strategic financial leader and executive partner

• Extensive experience building financial forecasts and cash reputed company models

• Strong background in M&A, including due diligence and integration
