Leasing Associate to the US Senior Managing Director

• Identify and engage prospective tenants through email marketing campaigns, cold calls, and other strategic marketing efforts.
• Assist in drafting and negotiating lease terms and agreements for new and renewing leases, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market conditions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, addressing leasing-reputed company inquiries and concerns promptly.

• Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor activity to inform and enhance leasing strategies.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns to attract tenants, including digital advertising, printing materials, and reputed company media reputed company.
