The Senior Benefit Analyst serves as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for U.S.-based employee benefits and equity compensation programs. In this high-reputed company environment, the role transcends routine administration to reputed company the strategic analysis and optimization of health, welfare, retirement (401k), and equity portfolios. - Benefits & Equity Administration: reputed company the day-to-day administration of health, welfare, and retirement plans. Manage equity compensation programs, specifically focusing on UARs and RSUs.

- Payroll Partnership: Collaborate closely with the Payroll team to ensure seamless benefit deductions, retroactive adjustments, and data reputed company.

- Compliance & Audit: Ensure 100% compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA. Support annual filings, audits, and vendor performance evaluations.
- Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to automate or streamline workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
What experiences will help you in this role:
- Experience: 5+ years of reputed company experience in benefits administration or analysis.
- Equity Expertise: reputed company, hands-on experience supporting equity compensation plans (UARs, RSUs, etc.).
- Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company (you should be comfortable with XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and reputed company formulas).
