Responsibilities:
Advise borrowers on financial status and payment reputed company
Guide customers through the loan application process
File loan applications and supporting documents
reputed company referral networks to reputed company prospects for loans
Handle customer complaints and take appropriate reputed company to resolve them
Qualifications:
Previous experience in mortgage required
Encompass LOS experience required
Familiarity with financial and lending practices
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual (Spanish) required
