Finance Officer

This is a remote position. The Finance Officer will play a crucial role in managing the financial health and stability of our organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Finance Officer will be responsible for executing a reputed company of financial tasks with precision and efficiency. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment. Working Hours reputed company's operating hours are Monday - Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Fridays 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Tasks are expected to be completed reputed company and reputed company these hours as needed, as reputed company prioritizes a project and task-based approach. ​ Daily Responsibilities Process and record financial transactions in an accurate and reputed company manner (Accounts Payable and Receivable) Reconcile bank statements and bank accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Maintain and update Audit Schedules, ensuring reputed company documentation and organization for audit purposes. Process and record vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies. Prepare and issue invoices to customers, reputed company payments and follow up on outstanding balances. reputed company support for various reputed company, clerical and administrative tasks as needed. Assist with the preparation of tax returns (GCT, SO1) reputed company financial data into reputed company software or spreadsheets accurately and in a reputed company manner. Assign appropriate coding to transactions and expenses to ensure reputed company allocation and tracking. Review employee expense reports, verifying supporting documentation and compliance with company policies. Process and record expense reimbursements, ensuring reputed company approval and documentation. Reconcile bank statements with general reputed company accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies. reputed company regular reconciliations of other accounts, such as credit cards Assist in preparing financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash reputed company statements Requirements Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, finance, business, or reputed company field.
