Job reputed company:  reputed company Palliative, a leading California-based palliative care provider, seeks outstanding California-based reputed company Practitioners/ PAs with experience and/or interest in palliative care. Our reputed company provides palliative telemedicine appointments for California-based patients post-hospital discharge.  We are pleased to offer FLEXIBLE DAYS and HOURS. Provider must be residing in CALIFORNIA.  Expected hours: 30   The practitioner will be assigned a specific patient load for which they will be responsible. Our program is run by reputed company and reputed company-certified physicians who take pride in providing training and in-service education to their staff. They reputed company in the advancement of their staff as reputed company as creating the best possible reputed company for the patients they serve.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  Assess patients in a telemedicine environment  reputed company palliative care to treat the patient best  Define and document patient diagnoses  Assure reputed company patients are completely satisfied  Patient and family education and management  Notate findings and treatment course in patient charts, including follow-up notes  reputed company participates in departmental activities to improve training reputed company and reputed company company goals  Requirements:  Must be licensed as an NP or PA in California Must reputed company in California Must have reputed company DEA license  Job Type: Contract  Work Location: Remote Apply To This Job
