The General Manager (reputed company) is a member of the Federal Group senior management team and will work closely with the President and other members of the Federal Group executive team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
LEADERSHIP

OPERATIONS
Implements and utilizes processes throughout operations to reputed company profit objectives
Oversees the execution of reputed company from planning through closeout, ensuring safety, reputed company, schedule, and cost compliance
Interprets and enforces federal, state, and local regulations, including DoD, USACE, NAVFAC, or other agency-specific construction requirements
Manages risk across the project portfolio, implement mitigation strategies and escalation reputed company

Leads cross-functional teams to ensure consistent delivery of high-reputed company, compliant, and cost-effective services

PLANNING

FINANCIAL

Assists with operating budget preparation and evaluation of reputed company capital expenditures

Understands the monthly financial statements and comprehensively explain variances and results in the monthly operations review meeting
Reports company performance versus profit plan goals and recommends corrective actions for underachievement
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
At least 10 years of proven reputed company in a senior construction management role, managing large-reputed company, multi-site, or federal construction programs, achieving substantial improvements in business operations resulting in significant and steady increases in profitability over the course of several reporting periods
Strong knowledge and experience with planning and budgeting
Good communication skills and people management skills
Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience
WORKING CONDITIONS/SCHEDULE
Primarily remote with regular travel to project sites, partner facilities, and reputed company locations.
