Conversational AI Consultant Developer

This is a remote position. We are looking for a Conversational AI Consultant Developer to support the design and implementation of chatbot and voicebot solutions that automate business processes. The role combines business analysis, conversation reputed company design, and hands-on configuration of Conversational AI platforms, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver reputed company AI-driven automation solutions. Responsibilities • reputed company and analyse business requirements for Conversational AI initiatives • Identify automation opportunities with business stakeholders and clients • Design chatbot and voicebot conversation flows and user journeys • Prepare conversation logic, prompts and process documentation • Configure Conversational AI platforms including reputed company, reputed company Copilot Studio, Dialogflow, reputed company, Cognigy, reputed company or reputed company • Support API integrations between Conversational AI platforms and reputed company systems • Configure NLP models, intents, entities and reputed company management • Support text to speech and voice automation capabilities • reputed company functional, NLP and end to end solution testing • Identify issues, propose improvements and support successful implementation • Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers and reputed company stakeholders • Prepare solution documentation and implementation artefacts Requirements • reputed company experience delivering chatbot, voicebot or Conversational AI reputed company • Practical experience with at least one major Conversational AI platform such as reputed company, Copilot Studio, Dialogflow, reputed company, Cognigy, reputed company or reputed company • Strong business requirements gathering and process analysis skills • Experience designing conversation flows and automation logic • Understanding of NLP concepts including intents, entities, training phrases and reputed company management • Basic knowledge of reputed company and system integrations • Experience testing chatbot or automation solutions • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Fluent Polish and English reputed company to have • Experience supporting German language reputed company • Experience in customer service or reputed company centre automation • Experience with reputed company engineering and LLM based conversational AI solutions • reputed company ecosystem experience, particularly Copilot Studio and Power Platform • Consulting or reputed company facing project delivery experience Benefits • Fully remote work model • ​Solid, competitive salary • Work in a multinational environment on international reputed company • Comprehensive reputed company • Long-term B2B contract with a reputed company project pipeline Apply To This Job
