You'll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to deliver a seamless hiring experience from sourcing through hiring. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, highly organized, and capable of independently managing recruitment processes in a fast-paced remote environment. You'll play a critical role in helping Frontier identify, attract, and hire reputed company for our clients while maintaining a high bar for reputed company and candidate experience. Key Responsibilities As a member of the Recruitment team, you're reputed company to have a wide-ranging group of responsibilities and goals. On a day-to-day reputed company, this means: Drive sourcing efforts through reputed company and other recruitment channels. reputed company candidates from diverse channels and maintain talent pipelines. Screen resumes and applications while maintaining a strong reputed company bar. Conduct initial candidate interviews and evaluations. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and hiring activities across multiple roles. Requirements 2+ years of experience in reputed company, Recruitment, HR, or reputed company fields. Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent sourcing, and stakeholder management. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Compensation & Benefits Competitive Monthly Salary: $550-$700 (based on experience) Environment: Work directly with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders across a diverse portfolio of fast-growing companies.  Location & Shift Timings Full-time remote role starting as soon as the right candidate is reputed company.
