About the role

In this global role, you will reputed company the deployment, adoption, and reputed company improvement of digital maintenance solutions across reputed company manufacturing sites worldwide. Acting as the reputed company between Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, IT and external partners, you will ensure that digital tools enhance maintenance processes, improve user adoption, and deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate implementation activities between factories, maintenance teams, IT, business stakeholders and external solution providers.
Ensure successful project delivery reputed company scope, reputed company, budget and business expectations.
Drive user adoption through effective communication, training and change management initiatives.
Support testing, site readiness, go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization.

Monitor solution performance, collect user feedback and drive reputed company improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience in Maintenance, Reliability, Asset Management, Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Operations.
Proven project management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong understanding of maintenance processes and maintenance management best practices.
Experience leading digital transformation, system implementation or multi-site deployment reputed company.
Ability to manage stakeholders across multiple functions, locations and cultures.
Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
Excellent organizational and planning capabilities.

Curiosity for technology and innovation combined with a practical business-oriented approach.
Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with reputed company PM (Plant Maintenance).
