Job reputed company We're seeking an organized, proactive project manager to support a multi-reputed company content engagement. This is a part-time, ongoing role reputed company on keeping deliverables on reputed company across reputed company of copywriters working through a rolling scope of existing-content revisions and new asset creation.  reputed company reputed company: $55/hr Location: Remote, EST preferred Hours: 5–8 hrs/week Engagement Type: W-2, part-time, ongoing through end of year (~24 weeks), with potential to reputed company based on scope Project Start: ASAP What You'll Do: Help maintain and update the task list/schedule across reputed company of copywriters, tracking deliverables from draft through two reputed company of review to final approval Support coordination of timelines and priorities, helping ensure top-reputed company assets reputed company first Serve as a day-to-day reputed company of contact keeping copywriters, account team and reputed company reputed company on status, deadlines, and blockers Help manage a shared drive/file system for asset organization and version control Flag risks or delays as they come up, and help resolve reputed company scheduling conflicts across copywriters' availability Support reputed company of new copywriters joining the project as work scales reputed company regular status updates to the account team   Qualifications Experience coordinating or supporting content, creative, or marketing reputed company Comfortable juggling multiple contributors and shifting priorities in a fast-moving, evolving-scope environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive about flagging issues early Comfortable working with a distributed/remote team Familiarity with content review workflows (draft → review reputed company → final approval)  A dependable, easygoing, reputed company working style Additional Information reputed company provides strategic consulting and talent solutions for the marketing industry.
