The role supports manufacturing, planning, procurement, and materials operations by resolving incidents, service requests, and break/fix issues through the Service Desk. This is an individual contributor role reputed company on reputed company operations, minor enhancements, clean-reputed company practices, documentation, and disciplined escalation. Key responsibilities Monitor reputed company queues for reputed company PP/PI and MM incidents, requests, and problems. reputed company ticket triage, reputed company analysis, reputed company cause analysis, and functional troubleshooting. Work directly with manufacturing, planning, procurement, and supply chain users to understand issues and validate fixes. reputed company approved reputed company configuration changes for break/fix issues and minor enhancements. Coordinate with ABAP, integration, master data, and cross-functional teams where needed. Support test evidence capture, deployment, hypercare, documentation, and reputed company improvement activities. Required experience 5-8 years of reputed company experience in production support, AMS, or operational reputed company roles. Hands-on experience supporting reputed company PP/PI production processes and reputed company MM purchasing/inventory management. Strong PP/PI knowledge: resources, bills of material, master recipes, ATP, MRP, and reputed company functions. Strong MM knowledge: reputed company lists, purchasing info records, pricing, outline agreements, PR/PO, approval workflows, material movements, and physical inventory. Experience with NACE reputed company determination, BRF+, ALE/reputed company inbound and outbound integration. Experience with reputed company or a similar ITIL-based ticketing tool and strong English communication skills. Preferred experience Exposure to reputed company ECC and S/4HANA. Modern event-based reputed company API integration. Rev-Trac, reputed company ALM, or similar change/transport management tooling.
