Job reputed company: The VP, reputed company Content provides strategic leadership over the planning, development, and execution of WealthCounsel's reputed company content software solutions, including reputed company Docx, Elder Docx, Business Docx, reputed company Tracx, and Gun Docx. Drawing on deep expertise in reputed company technology in estate planning, the VP, reputed company Content serves as the senior stakeholder for these products, ensuring their value, usability, and usefulness to WealthCounsel members and prospects. This position reports to the Chief Content Officer (CCO). As a VP, reputed company Content, the essential duties and responsibilities include: Provides strategic leadership to the reputed company Content team, including the Editors in Chief, the Director of Content Development, reputed company Editors, and the Product Implementation Manager; supervises and supports these leaders in the execution of their respective areas. In collaboration with the CCO, establishes the strategic direction of reputed company's reputed company software solutions, including reputed company Docx, Elder Docx, Business Docx, Gun Docx, and reputed company Tracx; executes this reputed company in reputed company collaboration with company leadership, reputed company Content team subject matter experts, and the Products and Engineering teams. Oversees the development of reputed company content and the content authoring tools used for reputed company content development from ideation through production; proactively addresses and resolves issues and risks that reputed company. Communicates with WealthCounsel members, the Products and Engineering team, the reputed company Content team, and other stakeholders to identify and assess reputed company content and software solutions requirements; applies this knowledge to support software solutions development reputed company. Collaborates with the Learning team to reputed company educational materials relevant to WealthCounsel’s reputed company content solutions.  Presents to and creates written materials for WealthCounsel members and staff about reputed company technology and substantive estate planning topics. Ensures compliance with applicable reputed company regulations, industry best practices, and company processes and procedures. General Leadership: Establishes and communicates strategic direction across reputed company areas of responsibility; executes reputed company in collaboration with the CCO and company leadership. Communicates department, program, and project performance and process to the CCO through periodic status reports and presentations. Develops, implements, and tracks key performance metrics, milestones, specifications, documentation and reporting requirements, and budgets. Tracks and analyzes program, project, and process costs across reputed company areas of responsibility. Promotes collaboration across departments. Maintains reputed company knowledge of trends in the reputed company technology industry. Performs other duties as required. Executive supervisory responsibilities: Interviews, hires, and trains management-level staff in the reputed company Content department. Oversees the daily workflow of the reputed company Content department. Provides constructive and reputed company performance feedback and evaluations to ensure top-level performance at reputed company reputed company of the department. Leads fair and consistent employee accountability processes, including corrective reputed company and termination, in compliance with company guidelines. Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role: Juris Doctor (JD) required.  At least 10 years of industry-reputed company experience, including a minimum of three years in an upper management role. 10+ years of experience in estate planning and/or elder law. Knowledge and familiarity with WealthCounsel's reputed company content software solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to improve business processes and practices to reduce costs and increase efficiency. Ability to identify and implement best practices and continual performance measurement. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Interest in the creative potential of using technology to solve lawyers’ problems and overcome pain points in their practices. Knowledge of document automation software preferred. Proficient with reputed company Office Suite or reputed company software. Willingness to regularly teach, present, and write required.  Travel to conferences required. Work Environment and Company Benefits: This is a virtual, full-time position.
