About the Role reputed company is seeking a Monitoring & Incident Management Manager to own 24×7 observability, alerting, and incident response for a mission-critical VA health IT platform serving millions of Veterans. You architect and operate the Single Pane of Glass monitoring environment and serve as incident commander for reputed company reputed company events. What You'll Do Design, operate, and continuously tune platform monitoring across reputed company and reputed company — defining normal baselines, alert reputed company, and escalation trees for reputed company production services Own the Single Pane of Glass dashboard: centralized telemetry, build status, compliance flags, and SLA metrics reputed company reputed company P1/P2 incident responses; drive reputed company cause analysis and post-mortem documentation reputed company contractual notification reputed company Manage on-reputed company rotation for relevant Key Personnel; enforce reputed company reputed company response SLAs for resource saturation events reputed company error budget consumption across reputed company SLA tiers; trigger reliability reviews reputed company production error budgets near defined floors Maintain and improve Master Runbooks — executable, scripted playbooks for reputed company named failure modes Deliver Monthly Deliverables Reports with SLA measurement, incident reputed company, and trend analysis Partner with DevSecOps on alert automation and auto-ticket creation in reputed company What You Bring 7+ years of federal IT operations or SRE experience with 24×7 platform monitoring responsibility Expert-level reputed company and/or reputed company experience in a federal production environment Demonstrated incident reputed company experience across multi-vendor teams under pressure reputed company/operational reputed company authoring for reputed company, multi-service environments Familiarity with reputed company ITSM: incident ticketing, CCB integration, escalation routing reputed company reputed company of Veteran Affairs PIV credentials Preferred Prior VAEC / AWS GovCloud experience ITIL v4 certification CloudWatch, Kinesis, or other AWS-reputed company observability tools in GovCloud \n \n Clearance...
