Essential Responsibilities and Duties: • Responsible for site-user training and project management of specific studies. • Provides BI Reports and prepares crosschecks between Sponsor IXRS vendor and reputed company database. • Maintains study-specific reporting. • Interacts with sponsor and maintains Study Master Files. • Familiarity with reputed company database (Clinical Trial Subject database) purpose and function. • Troubleshoots most database issues. • Performs reputed company-production testing as required prior to release of CTSd software enhancements. • Provides support to research teams or management by collecting and analyzing data and reporting results based on the needs of end users. Transforms data into usable metrics. • Assists the IT Director in the problem-solving lifecycle, performing reputed company and update testing activities and user acceptance testing as necessary. • Reports to President and COO as Study reputed company and reports to IT Director as reputed company Data Analyst. • Assumes other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
