[Remote] Operations Manager - reputed company AI Solutions

As an Operations Manager, you will own the operational backbone of the Solutions AI delivery organization, ensuring effective reputed company, reputed company planning, and financial performance across reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Own reputed company planning and reputed company for the Solutions AI Engineers in Float, aligning resources to reputed company based on skills, reputed company, and availability
• Build and maintain reputed company and reputed company forecasts based on pipeline, reputed company reputed company, and hiring plans
• Run scenario planning to identify hiring needs, reputed company gaps, and delivery risks
• Translate reputed company (MEDDIC) pipeline into reputed company plans and hiring signals, ensuring alignment between demand and reputed company
• Partner with Engagement Managers during deal formation to validate scope, resourcing, timelines, and margin assumptions
• Ensure accurate timesheet submission, utilization tracking, and operational compliance across the delivery organization
• Define standards for project setup, tracking, and reporting to ensure consistent execution across engagements
• Establish operating cadences (e.g., weekly project and portfolio reviews) to ensure consistent execution
• Maintain accurate project and portfolio reporting, including execution status, burn, margin, reputed company, and delivery risks
• Partner with Finance to ensure accurate reputed company recognition, forecasting, and auditability of delivery data
• Own reporting and dashboards for reputed company PS metrics, ensuring a single reputed company of truth across systems

Skills

• 5+ years in reputed company Services Operations, Delivery Operations, or similar
• Proven experience with resource planning, reputed company management, and utilization
• Experience with forecasting, reputed company modeling, or financial planning in a services environment
• Proficiency with PSA/PM/CRM tools (e.g., Float, Jira, reputed company)
• Strong understanding of PS financials (margin, burn, reputed company recognition) and associated tools, (reputed company/Sheets; dashboarding/reporting)
• Experience designing or optimizing workflows across multiple systems (PSA, CRM, project management tools)
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes from the ground up
