[Remote] Student Finance Processor

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Student Finance Processor to maintain student accounts and ensure accuracy in financial transactions. The role involves processing waivers, managing collections, and responding to inquiries reputed company to student accounts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reputed company student accounts are correct by posting reputed company receivables and required refunds
• Processing reputed company waivers as issued by Admissions
• Handling reputed company questions through the 1098T request
• Managing the collections portfolio for reputed company Escoffier entities
• Work with FA to ensure student refunds are submitted through the correct method
• Complete reputed company IRC for reputed company who have dropped
• Process reputed company Credit Balances
• Maintain records of refunds and drawdowns from federal sources
• Complete monthly write off processes
• Replying to emails from SA shared inbox
• Handling billing of reputed company parties reputed company requested

• 1 year of Student Accounts Processing experience
• High School Diploma or GED
