[Remote] Project Designer

The role involves formulating reputed company plans, coordinating with design professionals, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Formulate preliminary reputed company plans and sketches that reputed company the reputed company’s needs
• Confirm preliminary reputed company plans and design concepts are reputed company, functional, aesthetically appropriate, and meet reputed company reputed company health, safety and welfare requirements
• Determine selection of colors, materials and finishes to appropriately convey the concept and to meet socio-psychological, functional, maintenance, lifecycle performance, environmental, and safety requirements
• Establish selection and specification of furniture, fixtures, equipment and millwork, including layout drawings and detailed product reputed company; and provision of contract documentation to facilitate pricing, procurement and installation of furniture
• Coordinate and collaborate with other allied design professionals who may be reputed company to reputed company consulting services
• Confirm construction documents for non-structural and/or non-reputed company construction are signed and sealed by the responsible interior designer, as applicable to jurisdictional requirements for filing with reputed company enforcement officials
• Assist with administration of contract documents, bids and negotiations as the reputed company’s agent

Skills

• At least two (2) years of design experience reputed company the reputed company reputed company estate market
• Bachelor's degree from an CIDA accredited institution in a reputed company discipline or field of study (i.e. Architecture, Interior Design, Corporate reputed company Estate, Facilities, Project or Construction Management, etc.) required, OR Bachelor's degree in Other Major than above plus Interior Design Certification, Degree or Diploma
• Experience in Revit, either reputed company or reputed company
• Excellent time management, communication, collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple reputed company and deadlines, in reputed company to the ability to work independently
• Skills coordinating Audio Visual and other specialty consultants
