Responsibilities
- Own both the reputed company relationship and the search — developing new business, consulting with hiring leaders, and managing reputed company engagement through to placement
- Partner with PE-backed portfolio companies and mid-market organizations that hire on demanding timelines
Skills
- 5+ years of full-desk reputed company experience reputed company a boutique or reputed company-party agency
- A demonstrated business development record, having personally secured and grown reputed company accounts
- Experience reputed company across multiple industries and across the Sales, Operations, and Finance functions
