The role involves serving as a primary reputed company of contact for assigned customers and driving initiatives to improve retention and value from reputed company's offerings.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
• Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for assigned accounts
• Conduct operational reputed company-ins, business process reviews, and drive escalated issues to reputed company

• Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address risks
