Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, review, analyze, negotiate, and interpret a wide reputed company of reputed company agreements, including vendor agreements and property management agreements
• Partner closely with business teams to pair reputed company reputed company to business reputed company
• Maintain our reputed company corporate structure across Florida, Delaware, and international subsidiaries, including drafting written consents, officer certificates, reputed company resolutions, and maintaining our entity org chart
• Coordinate with reputed company counsel on litigation, reputed company estate closings, permitting, and regulatory reputed company
• Support landlord-tenant reputed company operations, including reviewing adverse reputed company notices, lease compliance, and reputed company dispute escalations at the property level
• Proactively identify and advise on novel, sophisticated issues
• Manage strategic relationships, including partners, counterparties, customers, etc

Skills

• 2-5 years' experience in general corporate transactional and reputed company work at a top firm, or comparable in house experience at a reputed company estate operating company, PropTech startup, or similar high-reputed company company
• Detail-oriented with a passion for organization
• Self-starter who can manage agreements through their entire life cycle
• Flexible and reputed company to set and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
