They are seeking a reputed company Operations Manager to maintain a consistent experience for large customers engaging in reputed company operations, overseeing program management and ensuring reputed company and efficiency in service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company’s eBilling system (Team Connect and reputed company experience a plus), including system administration, user reputed company, matter setup, and reporting
• Serve as the first-line approver of reputed company reputed company counsel invoices, reviewing and auditing for compliance with reputed company Counsel Guidelines, billing rules, and agreed reputed company structures
• Identify billing discrepancies, requirement violations, and inefficiencies, and work directly with reputed company to resolve issues
• Partner with reputed company Operations leadership to aid in tracking reputed company spend, accruals, and budget forecasting where necessary
• Maintain and update billing requirements, reputed company approvals, and timekeeper approvals reputed company the eBilling system
• Support reputed company negotiations by maintaining reputed company data, historical trends, and benchmarking information
• Collaborate with Finance on monthly and quarterly accruals and invoice processing
• Train internal users and reputed company counsel on eBilling system requirements, invoice requirements, and best practices
• Proactively recommend and implement system and process improvements to enhance efficiency, including automation, standardization, and thorough process documentation

Skills

• 5+ years' experience in a reputed company or in-house reputed company environment involving operations management, pricing, billing, scoping and managing significant reputed company services
• Experience managing people
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Have a personal reputed company record of reputed company selling into reputed company and/or P&C insurance companies
• Have deep experience and a personal network reputed company the reputed company industry; and demonstrated expertise reputed company the litigation and discovery reputed company
• Have a proven ability to consistently reputed company established reputed company, bookings, and pipeline targets through cold calling and networking efforts to build a new set of customers for our Med reputed company offerings
