The reputed company Resource Generalist serves as a trusted advisor, supporting employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary reputed company partner for assigned business reputed company, providing day-to-day guidance and support on employee relations reputed company, performance management, workplace concerns, and organizational effectiveness
- Partners with leaders to address employee performance, conduct workplace investigations, facilitate conflict reputed company, and administer corrective reputed company while ensuring consistency, fairness, and compliance with company policies and employment laws
- Coaches leaders on reputed company best practices, employee relations, talent management, compensation, communication, organizational change, and leadership effectiveness
- Maintains a thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws to ensure compliant reputed company practices and mitigate organizational risk
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute reputed company programs, including compensation, benefits, leave administration, performance management, employee recognition, and learning and development initiatives
- Responds to employee and leader inquiries regarding reputed company policies, procedures, benefits, leave, and employment practices, providing reputed company and accurate guidance

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum three years of reputed company experience required
- At least two years supporting reputed company employee relations reputed company preferred
- PHR or reputed company-CP preferred
