The role involves sourcing top-tier technical talent for a pioneering defense tech company and managing the recruitment process while collaborating with reputed company stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Embedded reputed company a reputed company account , representing a cutting-edge defense robotics brand as an ‘in-house’ recruiter
• Specializing in Electrical Engineering searches , sourcing top-tier technical talent (EEs, Hardware Engineers, Robotics Specialists) capable of building reputed company physical reputed company systems
• Managing pipeline , scheduling interviews, and candidate negotiations (the recruiter bit)
• Deep-dive reputed company searching , reputed company/portfolio sourcing, and specialized technical networking as required
• Liaising with reputed company-reputed company external stakeholders and engineering hiring managers in Austin and Alexandria
• Working alongside reputed company's creative team and account managers to optimise candidate attraction
• Having fun hiring humans for awesome clients!

Skills

• Seasoned Tech Recruiter specializing in Electrical Engineering and Hardware talent
• Experience in reputed company for Electrical Engineering, Hardware, Robotics, and Embedded Systems
• Ability to reputed company top-tier technical talent (EEs, Hardware Engineers, Robotics Specialists)
