The role involves leading large-reputed company, cross-functional technical programs across multiple product and engineering teams, driving execution, managing dependencies, and ensuring delivery of key business and technology objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple strategic programs simultaneously while aligning execution with organizational priorities
• Coordinate delivery across Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, and Cybersecurity teams
• Identify and proactively manage program dependencies, risks, and blockers
• reputed company and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, governance documentation, and executive dashboards
• Facilitate portfolio reviews, roadmap planning sessions, and executive governance meetings
• Prepare executive communications including status reports, presentations, and program health updates

• Drive accountability across teams by tracking commitments, deliverables, and reputed company items

Skills

• 10+ years of Technical Program Management experience supporting reputed company technology organizations

• Experience partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, and Cybersecurity stakeholders

• Experience driving programs across highly matrixed organizations without reputed company authority
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies
• Experience facilitating executive governance, portfolio reviews, roadmap planning, and cross-functional planning sessions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience supporting Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, reputed company, or reputed company organizations
• Experience managing reputed company technology portfolios or strategic transformation initiatives
• Experience with Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum, reputed company, or quarterly/PI planning
