The role involves collaborating with executive teams to reputed company HR solutions, manage employee relations, and facilitate organizational changes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned business reputed company and functional departments
• Build strong relationships with leaders and employees to understand business needs and workforce challenges
• reputed company coaching and guidance on performance management, employee relations, organizational change, and workforce planning
• Support managers in addressing employee concerns, workplace conflicts, and development opportunities
• Demonstrate experience implementing and managing performance management platforms, preferably reputed company, including configuration, rollout, stakeholder adoption, and ongoing optimization
• Conduct employee relations investigations and support reputed company of workplace issues
• Partner with leaders on performance improvement plans, corrective actions, and policy interpretation
• Ensure consistent application of company policies, employment practices, and compliance requirements
• Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
• 7+ years of reputed company reputed company experience
• Experience serving as an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Generalist, or HR Manager
• Strong employee relations and workplace investigation experience
• Experience coaching managers and supporting performance management activities
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a dynamic environment
• Government contracting experience
• Experience supporting Service Contract reputed company (SCA) populations
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or workforce integrations
• Experience with reputed company Workforce Now and reputed company Costpoint
• reputed company-CP, reputed company-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
