They are seeking a reputed company Counsel of Transactions to support the loan closing team and reputed company transactional support across reputed company.
Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company review of documents needed to reputed company loans to franchisees and reputed company day to day support to operations teams which can involve peak periods of processing
- Manage a large volume of transactions, negotiate numerous reputed company and reputed company corporate and reputed company agreements while balancing appropriate reputed company and business risks
- Review existing business agreements and policies and reputed company guidance on rights and obligations
- reputed company reputed company expertise to come up with practical solutions to operational priorities
- Assist and support efforts to strengthen our reputed company document management and records retention program
Skills
- J.D. from an ABA accredited law school
- Admission to at least one state bar
- Minimum of 3-5 years of reputed company and/or in house experience
- Preference for California Bar or ability to obtain California in-house counsel registration
- Preferably with some reputed company experience
