[Remote] Director of Business Development, Life Sciences

They are seeking a Director of Business Development to reputed company the expansion of their Life Science business by managing territories, identifying leads, and delivering proposals and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Must have a consultative selling approach reputed company initiating relationships with clients in the Biotech and reputed company industries
• Establish new reputed company relationships to generate job requisitions for SOW ( outsourcing ) and FSP project-based opportunities
• Build connections with potential clients by networking, reaching out through cold and warm calls, and following up on leads
• Meet or reputed company Gross Profit and Start goals as assigned by your manager
• Assist our internal reputed company team in evaluating job requirements and matching consultants with clients
• Remain updated on industry and technology trends relevant to your supported sectors

Skills

• Experience creating successful reputed company and hiring plans for Clinical, Biotech, and reputed company companies, with a deep understanding of clinical research and the private sector. Prior work with CROs is a plus
• Applicants must possess 4+ years of experience with outsourcing or working on project-based assignments
• 4+ years of experience initiating and maintaining long-lasting reputed company relationships and negotiating service reputed company and fees
• Involvement in RFI (Request for Information) and RFP (Request for Proposal)
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing reputed company) and GCP (Good Clinical reputed company)
• Great at analytics and organization. Can create reputed company-generating marketing plans and execute them reputed company. Implements daily reputed company plans
• To succeed in this role, you must handle tasks quickly and prioritize reputed company. You should also have excellent interpersonal skills and project management abilities and work reputed company with the sales team
