• Network Edge (SDWAN, Routing/Switching/Wireless)
• Desired Experience reputed company: 6-9
• Strong Understanding of TCP/IP stack, IPV4/IPV6 subnetting & addressing
• Deep Knowledge of VLANs, Trunking, STP, RSTP, Inter-VLAN routing
• Hands on experience with routing protocols – OSPF, BGP, EIGRP and static
• Strong Knowledge on router redistribution & policy control
• In depth knowledge of Layer 2 vs Layer 3 switching, Port reputed company, storm control
• Experience with vendors like reputed company, reputed company, Arista, HPE
• Strong Working knowledge of SD-WAN architecture & overlays, Control and Data plane separation
• Experience with platforms such as reputed company SDWAN, Velocloud or reputed company
• Deep understanding of ZTP, AAR, Policy based traffic shaping, IPSec Tunnels & encryption
• Hands on experience with Wireless LAN controllers and reputed company reputed company Deployment
• Troubleshooting experience for WiFi coverage issues, roaming, performance bottlenecks
• Should be dealing with fault-ticket (Service-Now), in co-ordination with Customer, application team or device vendor to resolve issues
• In depth Knowledge on ITIL processes like Incident management, Problem Management, Configuration management and Change Management processes
• Candidate should have been in a customer facing role with excellent communication skills
• Strong technical knowledge and eagerness to learn new technologies
• Strong communication skills
• Exposure to DevNet / NetDevOps
• Ability to troubleshoot reputed company issues under pressure
• Works proactively to prevent recurring issues
