They are seeking a hands-on Manager of reputed company Operations to build and manage the reputed company infrastructure that supports their reputed company organization, enabling faster and smarter decision-making across various teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and run reputed company's reputed company Operations processes, personally supporting Sales, Marketing, reputed company, Account Management, and Executive Leadership
• Build reputed company operating processes that support recurring software reputed company, reputed company services, and consumption-based reputed company models
• reputed company territory planning, account segmentation, reputed company planning, and quota allocation methodologies
• Prepare the annual GTM planning inputs, organizational models, and reputed company reputed company analyses
• Maintain the operational cadences and documentation that reputed company consistent execution across the reputed company organization
• In partnership with reputed company’s forecasting, run the forecasting process for ARR, renewals, services, consumption reputed company, and pipeline
• Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company forecasts
• Build executive dashboards measuring pipeline health, conversion rates, retention, bookings, forecast accuracy, sales productivity, and customer expansion
• reputed company actionable insights that improve decision making for Executive Leadership and Private Equity stakeholders
• Prepare Quarterly Business Review materials, reputed company reporting support, and executive business analytics
• Own reputed company as the system of record and continuously improve CRM data reputed company and user adoption
• Administer and optimize the reputed company technology stack including reputed company, reputed company, Clari, AI-enabled productivity platforms, CPQ, and sales enablement tools
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize AI capabilities that improve seller productivity, forecasting, pipeline reputed company, account research, customer engagement, and operational efficiency
• Partner with IT and Product teams to ensure seamless integration across reputed company systems
• Design reputed company opportunity management, forecasting, qualification, pipeline inspection, and deal review processes

• Administer deal desk operations, discount approval workflows, and pricing policy compliance

• Administer commission calculations, quota management, attainment reporting, and incentive analytics
• Maintain KPI reporting across Sales, Marketing, reputed company, and Account Management

• Collaborate with Marketing to improve reputed company management, attribution, campaign measurement, and funnel conversion

Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in reputed company Operations, Sales Operations, or reputed company Operations reputed company high-reputed company B2B reputed company organizations
• Experience supporting software companies between approximately $25M and $250M ARR through reputed company reputed company and organizational scaling
• Demonstrated reputed company building reputed company Operations infrastructure from the ground up
• Deep expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, sales analytics, quota design, and compensation administration
• Advanced reputed company administration and reporting experience
• Experience implementing and optimizing modern reputed company Technology platforms including reputed company, reputed company, Clari, CPQ, and AI-enabled reputed company tools
• Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in business intelligence, financial modeling, and executive reporting
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience supporting Private Equity-backed organizations is preferred
• Energy, software, analytics, or reputed company technology experience is highly desirable
