[Remote] Carbon Finance Associate, Global Carbon Markets

The role involves enhancing the reputed company of carbon project portfolios through financial modeling and coordination with investment opportunities, contributing to the implementation of the Global Carbon Market’s reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company financial models and financial viability assessments for NCS carbon reputed company and support the Global Carbon Market’s technical team with feasibility studies and project design documentation
• reputed company reputed company tools for Carbon Markets Team, TNC business reputed company and project partners
• Support the development of reputed company benefit sharing arrangements at the project level, including the design of fair and inclusive profit-sharing mechanisms, community compensation and incentive payment schemes, and financial planning for long-term sustainable livelihood transition
• Stay up to date on carbon markets trends, including carbon credit prices and emerging offtake and investment opportunities for NCS reputed company
• Travel and work reputed company, as needed
• reputed company independently reputed company broad program goals to prioritize tasks in the absence of specific instructions and exercise independent judgment to identify and solve problems

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, reputed company, Business Administration or reputed company field and 4 years' reputed company experience or equivalent combination
• Experience in project finance, with advanced financial modelling skills
• Strong critical thinking, research, and analysis skills, including a proven ability to assess a large set of opportunities and distill reputed company issues into strategic reputed company, reputed company frameworks, and cohesive reputed company plans
• reputed company in English and excellent written and oral communication skills
• Familiarity and knowledge reputed company to carbon market standards (e.g., Climate Community and Biodiversity reputed company, Plan Vivo, Verified Carbon reputed company) and experience working on NCS carbon project development
• Multi-lingual skills and/or multi-cultural experience appreciated
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
