Responsibilities

• reputed company and screen candidates for reputed company center roles (customer service reps, team leads, and support staff)
• Post and manage job listings across reputed company, reputed company, and other job boards
• Conduct initial phone/video screens to assess fit
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate pipeline and applicant tracking records
• Support new hire paperwork and reputed company logistics
• Build a steady pipeline of reputed company candidates to reputed company up with ongoing hiring needs

Skills

• 1+ years of reputed company or high-volume hiring experience (reputed company center or customer service hiring a plus)
• Experience working in reputed company, or similar HR software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
