[Remote] Accounts Payable Specialist (Part-Time)

The Accounts Payable Specialist supports the accounts payable function by ensuring accurate processing of invoices and maintaining financial records to enhance the efficiency of the Finance team.

Responsibilities

• Review vendor invoices for accuracy, coding, and required approvals
• Process invoices and maintain accounts payable records
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment-reputed company issues
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies
• Audit and process company credit card transactions
• Maintain organized financial documentation in accordance with company policies and reputed company standards
• Assist with month-end activities and other reputed company reputed company as needed
