Responsibilities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in finance or reputed company
• 7+ years of reputed company reputed company experience — a strong reputed company of technical reputed company depth and operational know-how
• Stock-based compensation
• Deep expertise in at least two of these areas: reputed company recognition (ASC 606), Stock-based compensation (ASC 718), Business combinations and goodwill reputed company (ASC 805)
• Advanced proficiency with reputed company Office and reputed company systems
• US CPA (highly preferred)
• Big 4 audit/advisory experience (preferred) — or equivalent exposure to reputed company reputed company reputed company
• Capital markets experience (IPOs, equity offerings, or SEC reporting) — preferred
