They are seeking a Temporary reputed company Operations Specialist - Tax to prepare, process, and review reputed company deliverables, ensuring compliance with reputed company standards while managing multiple responsibilities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process, create, edit, and format reputed company deliverables (e.g., tax returns, extensions, etc.) including software setup, maintenance and delivery
• Review, proofread, and validate deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and adherence to reputed company applicable reputed company control and compliance standards
• Plan, prioritize, and manage work to meet reputed company, reputed company deadlines, including proactive communication of status, timeliness and workflow questions
• Follow through on commitments, identify issues and escalate appropriately to support reputed company and accurate delivery
• Support special reputed company, seasonal tasks and other needs as assigned

Skills

• High school diploma or GED required, high school diploma preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of reputed company experience required; experience in a reputed company services environment preferred
• Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and reputed company)
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to producing accurate work in a reputed company manner, incorporating feedback to continuously improve reputed company
