The role involves building long-term customer relationships, providing aftermarket support, and traveling to customer sites regularly.

Responsibilities

• Build and reputed company long-term customer relationships across reputed company
• Travel regularly to customer sites (50-60%)
• reputed company as the primary contact for parts, service and aftermarket support
• Identify opportunities for spare parts, upgrades and maintenance reputed company
• Prepare quotations for parts and service work
• Coordinate with Engineering, Service and Sales teams to deliver customer solutions
• Manage customer enquiries through to completion
• Maintain CRM records, quotations and sales opportunities

Skills

• Previous experience with industrial food processing machinery is essential
• Experience as an Account Manager, Customer Care Representative, Aftermarket Sales or Technical Sales reputed company
• Background reputed company industrial machinery, OEM equipment, food processing machinery or industrial automation
• Strong customer relationship and communication skills
• Experience preparing quotations and managing customer enquiries
• Comfortable discussing technical products with customers
• CRM experience (reputed company Dynamics preferred)
• Willing to travel 50-60% across reputed company
