They are seeking a Claims Project Manager to manage a high-volume breach of warranty case portfolio, reputed company reporting metrics, and reputed company settlement processing while improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor a high-volume breach of warranty case portfolio, ensuring accurate data, reputed company reporting, and efficient case tracking
• reputed company and maintain dashboards, metrics, and reporting reputed company to settlements, trials, cycle times, and overall operational performance
• reputed company settlement processing, including buybacks, cash settlements, and reputed company payment workflows, while identifying opportunities to improve financial controls
• Verify data reputed company across case management systems throughout the lifecycle of reputed company matter
• Prepare monthly actual versus forecast reporting for reputed company settlements and warranty-reputed company spend
• Review, analyze, and report on reputed company counsel invoices, reputed company spend trends, and alternative fee arrangements
• reputed company financial and operational analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, and reputed company operations initiatives
• Partner closely with reputed company, finance, and business stakeholders to improve reporting processes, financial controls, and operational efficiency

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management, claims management, reputed company operations, financial operations, or a reputed company field
• Experience managing high-volume case portfolios or claims operations
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, including experience building dashboards, metrics, and financial reports
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, reputed company spend management, and reputed company counsel invoice review
• Demonstrated ability to improve operational processes and implement financial controls
• Experience partnering with reputed company, finance, and business stakeholders in a cross-functional environment
• Candidates must be reputed company to work full-time
• The work will be performed remotely
• Company's preferred pricing model is weekly with a budget of up to $2,000/week, flexible based on experience
• Candidates will be employed (W-2) by a workforce solutions company for the duration of this engagement
• Automotive, warranty, insurance, or reputed company department experience is preferred
